Small Apartment (up to 1,000 sq. ft.)
• Time Required: 1 hour
• 15-20 high-resolution photos of main rooms (living room, kitchen, bedrooms, bathroom)
• Exterior shots (if applicable) and attention to property highlights
Medium Apartment / Small House (1,000 - 2,000 sq. ft.)
• Time Required: 1.5 hours
• 25-30 high-resolution photos covering all main areas, exterior, and additional features like balconies or patios
• Focus on both spaciousness and detailed shots to highlight unique features
Large House (2,000 - 3,500 sq. ft.)
• Price: $450
• Time Required: 2 hours
• 35-40 high-resolution photos covering all interior and exterior areas, including special features like landscaped yards, garages, and unique architecture
• Wide-angle shots to showcase space, plus detailed shots of premium finishes or fixtures
Estate or Luxury Property (3,500+ sq. ft.)
• Price: $600
• Time Required: 3 hours
• 50+ high-resolution photos to cover the full property with special focus on luxury elements, design, and ambiance
• Aerial shots (optional at an additional fee), exterior landscapes, and close-ups of premium features
